In this 2-hour-Workshop participants will understand how to enter the German Market in the Business to Government Segment (B2G). Starting with the Mandatory Requirements and learn what is required to win a contract.
The German tendering process can be very complicated as there's NOT one process, one portal, one document. It depends on the segment, state, industry and other criterias, how to find the right opportunity and how to prepare the proposals and submit.
One of the largest barrier is the language - GERMAN - In 95% of the tenders "GERMAN" is mandatory in proposal preparation AND COMMUNICATION is only allowed in GERMAN.
In the Workshop we explain the B2G Public Tender Battle Field for Germany and some European entities like EU and ESA. Furthermore a roadmap is provided, how to find, manage and submit a successful winning proposal.
